We offer two forms of professional development support to help meet your needs.

PEER LEARNING GROUPS

for charity CEOs, Senior Leaders and Fundraising Managers

Peer learning is a form of professional development with both action outcomes in the workplace and developmental outcomes for each individual.

It breaks down the boundary between learning and doing, creating a flow of insight and application in your professional life.
Each peer learning group comprises 6-8 people from a range of charities who meet every 6 weeks for a facilitated session.
We tackle issues which are 'live' for you right now, helping you gain insight, fresh perspectives and practical support.
It is a powerful yet safe way to learn, share and receive challenge, refreshment and support.
It also helps you build networks and collaboration.

The 2024 programme will begin in June 2024 and run through to March 2025.

The total price for 6 sessions over a 9 month period is £210.

Payment is by invoice to your charity. If self-funding, you can pay in two equal instalments.

She trained as a Fundraising Mentor with the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and now successfully mentors many fundraisers and fundraising leaders.
